Do you take my insurance?This is our most popular question, and we get it! You spend ALOT of money on your health insurance, and you want to use it for everything you can! We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna and Baylor Scott and White Health Plans. We also are a cash-pay clinic. We charge a flat rate for each session for cash pay patients.

Do you take walk-ins?Unfortunately no. We do not take walk in appointments in order to ensure YOU the BEST possible care. We take our schedule very seriously in order to provide you with the time you need. We require scheduled appointments. Please call our front desk to get scheduled or use the make an appointment link at the top of the page.

Do I need a doctor's prescription to see you?NO! In the state of Texas you no longer need a doctors referral to see a physical therapist! Call and get scheduled and we will take care of the rest! See our Facebook or Instagram post about why this is AWESOME NEWS!

How long will I come to therapy?Anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks in general or until the physical therapist and patient decide otherwise.

What are your hours of operation?Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm Closed Saturday and Sunday

What should I wear?We recommend workout attire clothing that allows you to move freely (workout shorts, loose exercise pants, sweats, t-shirts.) Please keep appropriate attire for common exercise spaces. Also, we recommend exercise shoes. Something that you can be active in (support and cushion feet) tennis shoes, gym shoes, etc.
