We charge a flat rate for each session for cash pay patients.

Unfortunately no. We do not take walk in appointments in order to ensure YOU the BEST possible care. We take our schedule very seriously in order to provide you with the time you need. We require scheduled appointments.

We recommend workout attire clothing that allows you to move freely (workout shorts, loose exercise pants, sweats, t-shirts.) Please keep appropriate attire for common exercise spaces. Also, we recommend exercise shoes. Something that you can be active in (support and cushion feet) tennis shoes, gym shoes, etc.
